CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
We value your time as you value ours, and we appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, which helps optimize our scheduling and minimize potential losses.
To avoid inconvenience and ensure fairness, we require a minimum of 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice and any changes within this timeframe will result in a $50 cancellation/rebooking fee and a deposit may be required for future appointments
We understand that emergencies may occur, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

NO-SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, it not only affects our schedule, but also prevents another client from booking that time slot. Therefore, we kindly request that you inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total appointment services before a new appointment can be made.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the efficiency of our salon.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. To maintain punctuality and ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we offer a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals.
Arriving beyond the 15-minute grace period may result in a shortened appointment, require rescheduling, and/or incur a 50% charge of the total appointment services before a new appointment can be made.

CONSENT FORMS / WAIVERS
For new clients receiving lightening services, color change, and/or color corrections, we require a waiver/consent form to be reviewed and signed prior to starting services. After your initial consultation, a copy of the form will be sent for your records, and a hard copy will be provided when you check in on the appointment date.

Generally, returning clients are not required to send deposits to book future appointments.
However, we reserve our right to require deposits and/or rebooking fees to book future appointments for returning clients who fail to follow our policies.

We recommend arriving with clean, dry hair for any color services, as any product residue can hinder the coloring process.
For a bleach and tone service, it is best to come in with hair that has not been washed for two days, provided there is no significant buildup on the scalp or hair. If you are unsure, you can shampoo your hair two days before your appointment, avoiding the use of any thick styling products.

Color appointments can vary in duration, from an hour and a half for base/root touch-ups to 4 to 5 hours for a full head balayage service. Some complex service packages may require more than 5 hours, depending on the client's hair length, amount, processing time, and whether a haircut is included.
For optimal results, it is best not to rush the coloring process.

It is possible to achieve a blonde look even if you have dark hair. However, the process can be more complex and may require multiple sessions. Factors such as your hair color history, natural pigments, and thickness will play a significant role in the outcome.
We will work with you to create a plan that ensures the best results while maintaining the health of your hair.

Lighteners can always alter the color and texture of natural hair. The lighteners we use are professional-grade and contain built-in bond builders to keep hair healthy and strong. However, there is always a trade-off with lighteners, while they can effectively lighten the hair, they can also cause dryness if not maintained with proper products.
After a lightening service, the hair may need a few weeks to regain its natural moisture levels. Proper hair care regimen is important.

We specialize in hair color and hair extensions.
However, if a haircut is requested, we assist you in coordinating the haircut with a cutting specialist right after the color service is completed.

Our services require a lot of attention and care; therefore, we prefer not to double-book clients.
Each client's appointment is scheduled individually to ensure our full and uninterrupted time and attention.
However, in certain cases, we may allow clients to book their services together, and we may enlist extra hair color specialists to assist with coloring services.
