I've been a client of Ocean for several years now, he's always worked with my concerns, making suggestions & taking the time to teach me what products to use & how to style thin, fine hair. Not only is he a master at color, he installed wefts & recently did a trial run on k-tips (he created from pieces I formerly wore). I absolutely LOVE IT.
